Basically, good design needs a lot of improvement

Conclusion: I would not buy this measuring spoon set again, would not recommend it to friends, would not recommend it to family and would not buy it as a gift for someone very close to my heart. Summary======= This disappointing set of shovels is only marginally useful at best due to flaws in the design of the set that are not apparent from the product description or the photo. This set of measuring spoons has 3 main negative qualities that go far beyond the 7 positive, very desirable qualities. Disadvantages, simply ===========* The scoop of a spoon is made of a material that has a strong tendency for powder to stick to it; particularly fine-grained powder. Spoons need to be washed between uses so one ingredient doesn't contaminate the source of another ingredient (when ingredients are scooped from the container).* The gap in the ring that holds the set together is too big. Spoons often slip off the ring without intentional removal. This makes cleaning difficult for the user if the spoon falls on an unsanitary surface like the floor or a cutting board that has recently been used for raw meat. Spoon, then shake the spoon quickly and briefly in the horizontal direction. On the contrary, leveling the contents of the spoons in this set with one hand is quite problematic due to the elongated shape of the scoop of each spoon. When powders are poured into the spoons of this set, the powder cannot automatically be evenly distributed in the spoons; making the horizontal shaking method of leveling the bucket grossly inefficient at best. * The 1/8 teaspoon measuring spoon is not included in the kit. As I gained culinary experience, I realized that this unit of measurement is actually very important; especially if you are only cooking for one person. Cons, Minor ===========* As the reviewer of "moi surtout" mentioned, both tablespoons and teaspoons are marked with "1" in their measuring spoons. When I relied on larger, more legible markings in the scoops, as I originally did, the distinction between a teaspoon and a tablespoon was confusing, as the size of these scoops were quite similar when viewed perpendicularly. Having the same markings on teaspoon and tablespoon measuring scoops becomes a lot less of a problem once you know which color corresponds to which scoop. Benefits ==== * The slim, long spoon shape allows you to scoop ingredients directly from small containers, such as B. common spices. Glasses.* The measured values are always visible and will never fade or run like paint thanks to the fact that the measured values are poured in 2 separate places on each spoon. This feature also has the benefit of being useful for the visually impaired.* The spoons are well-made from seemingly durable materials.* In the case of the "Trend Color Set" model I purchased, the unique colors associated with each spoon are, allow quick and correct identification of each measured value in the set without looking at the numbers infused on each spoon (provided the set has been used repeatedly to help remember the relationship between color and measured value).* The measured values are Marked on each spoon as both in and metric units (default is "tablespoon" and metric is "mL" or "milliliter")* The curved handles of the spoons make them very comfortable and natural in the hand.* Spoons work well with liquids .
