Review on Alphasonik Phantom Wireless Bluetooth Speaker: Powerful 30W HD Stereo Sound, Rich Bass, 24-Hour Playtime for iPhone, Samsung by Wendy Hernandez

Not sure if I received a bad one but I noticed other reviews with the same issue so I returned it rather than an exchange. Plays perfectly for about an hour, then the sound drops to a whisper. I like the feel and the sound when working is good. I noticed the problem while playing outside by the pool. I haven't had any problems indoors, maybe it's related to the heat, but I bought an external speaker so I think it's a bug. Update July 22nd: The seller contacted me after I returned the item and offered to send a second unit for testing. I've used it several times and haven't had any sound problems. The seller was excellent in communication and customer service. I have revised my review and we are more than satisfied with the speaker. The best customer service I've seen in years.
