There are no words in the instructions, just diagrams and part numbers; The parts, hex bolts and lock washers, have been clearly identified on the diagrams and it is true that you only need a hex wrench and lock washer wrench (supplied) to build the frame. Once you lay out the pieces and then start unfolding them step by step, things get easy. I'm not particularly mechanically savvy and the whole thing took three hours, including 40 minutes sorting parts and 20 minutes coffee. He is quite strong and very smart.
