We recently built a home gym by purchasing a spinning rod. Coming from spinning mills with expensive lighting systems, we lacked the color and excitement that spinning brings. We decided to find an inexpensive disco light to add color and fun to our home spinning studio. These disco lights will definitely do the job. The kit includes two lights, as well as mounting screws and a stand that allows you to tilt the lights with precision. We chose to leave the light flat on some tables, which is another option. Although two remote controls are included in the scope of delivery, both lights can be controlled with one remote control if desired. We usually turn on the light before a workout and can sync it to the music for an extra level of enjoyment. The lights rotate and three colors are possible - blue, green and red. Various combinations can be displayed via the remote control. As an added bonus, our cat loves to look at these lights when she comes to a spin class. Overall these lights more than meet our requirements as fun for our home gym.
