I bought this hair straightener based on reviews online and in store. So I had pretty high expectations when I got it. I have very curly hair and with my old straightener it took me about 45 minutes to straighten it completely, this time it took me 25 minutes so it's definitely an improvement but I still had to do it mostly twice which I don't have done. I don't think I needed it with this product. The hair was comfortable but not exceptionally soft due to the new technology. It has a beautiful design and is very easy to use. It also heats up very quickly but takes a long time to cool down. Overall, definitely a good product, but it didn't live up to my extremely high expectations.
