Greetings, afternoon! As I was incredibly unlucky and received a damaged item, my review is more likely to focus on my experience with the return process than on the product itself. Before you ask, yes, I did send everything back and there were no issues. BUT, since I now call Hong Kong home, I frequently place personal orders online. Direct to consumer marketing, with the added convenience of being able to send back a low-quality item by regular mail or, even worse, the mail of 2022. The issue is why you can't collect the items from me. The number of things I have to do to save my marriage is ridiculous.
