So I've been waiting a while until I wrote this review, because reviewing a product the first day of using it is not very informative.I truly love using this spray, it lasts long enough to fall asleep, and if you wake up in the middle of the night due to (for those living in Los Angeles like myself) sirens, helicopters, etc. you still have the comforting smell of lavender to help soothe the annoyance. I normally spritz 2-3 sprays over duvet and pillows, then another spritz in the air to mask the smell of.well.apartment haha the ONLY downside is the bottle itself, it definitely sprays perfectly fine, but there's a little liquid that runs out of the nozzle every time. Is that worth lowering the stars? Negative, because the product has helped soothe my soul into not caring about a plastic bottle leaking just a tiny bit :D I do highly recommend, especially because for the past 4 years my girlfriend wakes to frequent nightmares, and since I've used this spray it's actually calmed her before bed, which leads to waking up less during the night. No, it's not curing her nightmares, she still occasionally wakes up and scares the crap out of me, but I can attest to the fact it has helped immensely. Thank god for more sleep, am I right?
