Works as advertised - build quality is good
I used this on a 2006 Chrysler 300. I don't know where they got the data you need 2 because I only have one. This is to update the license plate light. from incandescent bulbs to LEDs. They get a whiter glow than traditional incandescent bulbs, use less energy and last longer. This unit has a plug that fits directly into the stock bulb socket, so you simply need to unplug and plug in the original wiring. Works as it should. The build quality is good. The entire circuit board that powers the LEDs is then encased in rubber to prevent it from getting wet during normal operation. There really is no reason not to buy this. Very satisfied.
