They work well but it is very difficult to unplug the cat cable after it is plugged into the connector. I also bought about 15 sets of plugs and am mostly satisfied, but one set came with no caps making them unusable. Update .7/21 The seller saw my review, contacted me and sent me a new set to replace the set with missing caps. Amazing customer support!
