FEELSO: The Final Resting Place of Quality

Is a new bathroom mat on your shopping list? Well, I can save you some effort and cash by advising you to avoid FEELSO. Don't be fooled by this online shop's slick interface and low rates on home and kitchen goods, bathroom accessories, and bath rugs. As a dissatisfied client, I can attest that FEELSO is the graveyard of quality. Let's begin with the toilet mats they use. Sure, they photograph beautifully, but in practice, things are very different. What FEELSO advertised as a "plush and absorbent" bath blanket turned out to be a rough and scratchy doormat. And the color...well, let's not even go there. The web description of a bright blue color was not at all representative of the actual color. But that wasn't my only problem with FEELSO. The company provides almost no assistance to its customers. I made several attempts to get in touch with them about my disappointing buy, but always got either silence or an unhelpful automated message. It's as if they have zero interest in satisfying their clientele. Then there are the items for the house and kitchen. I was thrilled when my purchase of FEELSO mixing bowls finally arrived. Unfortunately, upon opening the box, I discovered that one of the dishes was broken. Naturally, I contacted FEELSO about the matter, but they were, once again, completely useless. In conclusion, FEELSO is not the place to go to purchase high-quality home and kitchen, bathroom, and bath rug goods. Don't bother with this store if it's giving you trouble.
