Unreliable adapter ruins work experience

Using this product, our team found that the connection was unstable and caused frequent disconnections. The adapter was also cumbersome and difficult to fit into the USB port. The only pro is that it was compatible with MacBook computers. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this adapter as it caused more frustration than convenience. .
