Honestly I don't hate this product I really like it and it would be exactly what I wanted. . The box was slightly damaged (arrived by UPS) but the inner packaging was intact so I'm sure it arrived damaged. I tried going through the parts exchange process on the Dorel website but was blocked because the product was missing a sticker with the number required on the form. So I called customer service, increasingly skeptical of a happy fix and contacted a real person who was nice enough but was quick to tell me the part was non-replaceable. Phone instructions were in English and French so I wasn't sure which country I was calling. I think ordering items like this online sucks a bit so I'm willing to bring my pieces here and replace the top myself as it's a hassle to send everything back. The bottom seems solid enough and the color is just what I wanted. But now the cost of 371.00 will be around 500.00 plus after I replace the blanket. However, upon closer inspection, it can be seen that the top of the dressing table is made of an extremely fragile and cheap material, so the buyer needs to be careful.
