No quality control and honesty in the description. In one of the two lamps, only 6 out of 9 LEDs lit up. The other flashlight had all 9 LEDs on but used 17 watts. Output was almost constant at 17W from 11V to 24V (1.54A at 11V, 0.73A at 24V) (at 13.8V it drew 1.2A - 16.56W). that's 1.9 watts or over two liters of used hay in a gallon container - that's a gallon of used hay, that's just bullshit. If they sold them as 18w bulbs and all the diodes (LEDs) worked I would give them five stars at that price. They are much brighter than some of the 13w LED bulbs (sold as 18w) that I have paid more for. I also have a couple of 12w led bulbs that are sold as 12w led bulbs. They probably all cost about the same $$ per yard, about $1.20 per 100. Now I can add "no inventory control" to this one-day seller. I have "punctual" beams of light from a box clearly labeled "Flood". Do these sellers buy defective products by weight, box them up and import them to sell on Revain/Ebay? Buy directly from China when you need Chinese quality products. Two to three weeks delivery time is worth it. BTW they are tested at just over 19 watts at 12 volts (peak) and ranged from 18.2 watts to 19.1 watts from 11v to 24v.
