I've tried it on myself and haven't gotten much, but I've recently done a charcoal mask so I've decided to sit my poor friend down and endure. What came out was shocking. YEARS of clogged pores and blackheads absorbed by this powerful little thing. Even the eels which seemed to be layer deep and he couldn't get himself out. It was so nice to watch it suck out the sebum and it didn't hurt. BEWARE I left a bruise on my cheek the first time because I left it there for too long. I steamed mine and his face for 5 minutes for maximum effect and it works much better that way. Anything that doesn't get sucked up gets loosened and you can go in with your fingers and press or use a tool. I'm not sure about the Microderma head, but it seemed dead and looked like microfiber hairs on a rock, that was pretty cool. Overall my face got a lot better after using it but the real difference was in my friend's face, he filled the whole tip and part of the filter with sebum, that's how much this thing sucked, he pretty much has a facelift. If you have enlarged pores or a lot of blackheads, get it, you won't regret it, and it's a lot cheaper than regular spa visits. Remember to steam your face or take a hot water shower first, many people who give negative feedback just don't use it properly.
