We were disappointed because our VTechs were old and didn't work well and we had to constantly take out the batteries to charge them. I don't use my landline except fax but it would be nice to use phones if you need to make calls for a while because I have Optimal Voice and it's unlimited. So after I got a call from someone and every phone was dead I took another chance and said we'd see if it was the phones or just the batteries. These are the same batteries that VTech supplied a few years ago. They arrived within three days of purchase and my phones are like new and always fully charged. What a joy!
