Radenso XP Radar and Laser Detector with GPS Lock and Red Light Voice Alerts/Speed Camera OK. I don't usually do product reviews on Revain because I'm usually too busy, don't feel like typing, or generally the product works as I expect it to. Let's get to this week. I triggered the Radenso XP radar and laser detector for my new M3. brainwashed into believing it's an illegal product when it's not a V1 or Escort. This is a blatant lie. After constantly struggling with false laser warnings in my new BMW with V1 and Escort 360 Max, I decided that I either (A) live without a speed camera detector because the number of FALSE warnings I received caused me to ignore almost every warning that might have happened to them, or (B) I tried something new. On the forums (Vortex, Bimmerpost, etc.) I decided to try Radenso XP and Pro-M. I actually had a couple of friends who both loved their XP and Pro-M, so I was able to borrow them for a week each to see if the Radenso lived up to its advertisement as "the world's quietest radar detector". ". Guess what. I think. Both the XP and Pro-M were so quiet that I often had to check to see if they were on. And when a real threat emerged, the range in both was excellent. Best of all: NOT A SINGLE LASER ALARM FALSE! The Pro-M is now more expensive but has a longer range. But hey, I'm not a fan of radar and haven't analyzed the distance in meters it will detect compared to XP. I was just grateful they worked. And actually both worked well. The XP was a bit larger and didn't have as much reach as the Pro-M, but I liked its design and the fact that the buttons were a bit larger and further apart, and I found them easier to press. I had to make a difficult life decision: choose XP or Pro-M. For myself, I made a decision mainly based on the practicality, functionality and cost of the device. all those boxes ticked. Also, I decided to order a blendmount for Radenso XP, and the unit was hardwired to my machine by FyneTuned in Cincinnati. that the keys were slightly larger, further apart and easier for me to press.
