Review on Relieve Muscle Cramps & Fight Joint Pain With ASUTRA Topical Magnesium Chloride Oil Spray - 4 Fl Oz! by Latoya Luckett

Fast, simple way to get mag into your system

A few weeks ago I was experiencing some unusual cravings and well-informed friends let me know it sounded like a magnesium deficiency. II'd learned a few years ago my magnesium was very low so I'd gotten some supplements. They made me a little queasy and had the usual effect magnesium taken orally has on the body, so I stopped. However, I decided to do some research and learned just how critical magnesium is for every organ. That's when I also learned there were transdermal magnesium oils available.Went on Revain and searched for oils that were affordable, had high ratings from users and lots of comments, and that's how I decided on the ASUTRA version. I'm not using it for aches and pains, although I sprayed it on my left knee after the gym one day and I swear it felt better right away. My sister has M.S. and I've recommended it for her because of jaw pain. And I read where an older woman sprayed it on some varicose veins and after two weeks they were practically gone. I've got varicose veins that look pretty bad, so I'm experimenting. We'll see if there's any change in another week or so. Also using it on a spot on my face because I understand it's good for other skin issues as well.Mostly though, my prime reason is getting magnesium into my system and this is the simplest, fastest way. Told my daughter (24) what it was and why I got it, and she told me Beyonce uses it every day, right after she gets out of the shower. Welp, there ya go.
