No corrosion in salt water or when used as an electrode (after pretreatment). They are magnetic (pure nickel is magnetic) so they must have sufficient nickel content (some nickel alloys are non-ferromagnetic as far as I know). The strips are 0.20mm thick, but my RF mic may not work. I'm no chemist or metallurgy expert, but they seem legit. I'm not sure why so many people on the internet think pure nickel isn't magnetic - look it up.
