The leather material attached to the front is pleasant to the touch, but the adhesive is thin and will fall off. Upon arrival, the material did not adhere well to the plastic connector. The glue holding it to the plastic part is weak and won't hold it in place. Also, if you plan to use the gasket that came with your Oculus headset, be prepared for a loose connection. You will see the light of your movement in a certain way. To be fair, even with the Oculus face cap, the hood wasn't very durable. I hate writing a bad review but the fact that I now have to pull out some crazy glue to make this purchase stick properly makes me sad.
