The newer version will break for at least a month so you can return it. I thought the last one was an accident, this one lasted 3 weeks. Don't read old reviews and don't expect the same twist. First review: I bought one last year and he used it every day. 365 days later one of the ropes started snapping which was okay because while my son is little it's been a GOOD swing year. I immediately bought another one from the same seller, this time the connections looked different and the rope seemed less likely to snap so yay! Unfortunately the ring broke after 2 months of use. It's not big, it's not written on it, it should last more than 2 months.
