This is the easiest way to string lights! I spent many hours and about $100 on different versions of adhesive hooks and research to find a way to install garlands that didn't require drilling holes in my house. Eventually I came across this one. I decided to give it a try because I was desperate and ready to give up when the sticky hooks didn't work. When they arrived I was able to install all the lights very quickly. I was also pleasantly surprised at how secure these clips were and how much weight they could hold (I was able to hang a significant portion of the string of lights and they held). My only advice would be to see what size faceplates you have as they come in a variety of sizes. These clips were also just as easy to remove. you had to be a little more careful taking them off as they were so tight. Only 1 clip scraped the paint (on the inside of the bezel where no one can see) but it's my fault I built up the confidence and started carelessly peeling them.
