The stand is cheap but strong. It never feels like he's dropping the headset (Quest 2). And it's nice to have a place to keep everything except the big box they came in. However, the Quest controllers are now reversed from the original Oculus controllers. They still fit, but it's a very specific spot, otherwise they'll just fall off. The headset is also quite difficult to put on and take off the stand securely, but I think that's more due to the strap-based headband that the Quest 2 has, so I wouldn't say it's the stand's fault. Most headsets (and you can buy a Quest 2 attachment) have a stiffer head strap which I think is much easier to get on and off the stand. In fact, the missing star is more responsible for the Quest 2's design changes than the kickstand. myself. I am sure that other owners of the headset will not have any problems with it. It also honestly looks cool when you see your tech. So, and this is a very inexpensive way to do it.
