The only problem with them is that Thebes handles get very hot when you use them on the stovetop. Edit: Now I have these pots and pans up to a year old and they stick so bad I spend 30 minutes cleaning them. As a mother, I don't have time for that. They lasted about 3 months and now they are no better than what I could buy at Walmart for $10. They are also not real copper. it peels off
