After repeated contacts with the company, I was promised a cable that would make the microphone work. I waited 2 weeks for the cable and nothing! They called again and apologized for the luck! I ended up buying my OWN auxiliary cable to prevent a return but it still doesn't work. I am very dissatisfied not only with the customer service (lack of such) but also with the quality and ability to work as it should! The microphone never worked. I bought this model for the sole purpose of being able to hold large scale meetings and virtual training sessions in the office. Total return and a big ZERO for all stars for this company. I will never buy from you again. I wish I could stop companies like this from selling on Revain.
