I have not noticed any difference in the healing of my piercing since using it. The directions say to use it 3-6 times a day, which doesn't make much sense to me considering piercers have always recommended (in my personal experience and according to all my friends who have them) saline solution to use twice a day. So I don't understand why it takes 1.5-3 times more than usual. I understand that the same ingredients in this product are not the same as saline, but I was expecting it to work better than saline as it was the first product that popped up for some reason when I searched "saline" here. I suggest not bothering and just make yourself a saline solution (from distilled water 1 cup and salt 1/2 teaspoon, warm up and use twice a day - once in the morning and once in the evening).
