0 stars for accuracy of product listing, customer service and installation instructions 5 stars for product functionality I purchased a TRX Pro 3 purchase This is not explained anywhere in the product description. I've attached a picture of what was in the box (no promo code will be shown to access workouts); Also attached is a diagram image from the instruction manual of all the parts included. The product listing is incorrect - there are only 2 mounting options: a door anchor or a hanging tape anchor (yellow tape that you wrap around a strong mounting point). Also included is an extension strap in case the yellow strap isn't long enough to wrap around the anchor and still keep the TRX handlebar within 6" of the ground. Maybe that's why they say there are 3 anchors? I honestly expected the X mount to be included and was very disappointed. There are no instructions for hanging the TRX in the box. There is a link to a page that doesn't work. I called TRX to ask for help and they assured me they would email me some manuals/videos. You didn't finish the job. Considering the price of this product I have to say that I am disappointed with the lack of instructions and poor customer service. I ended up finding a YouTube video (in Italian!) showing how to properly install the extension strap/hanging anchor. I attached my TRX to a steel I-beam 10 feet off the ground. I ended up using an extension strap (wrapped around the I-beam) and a hanging anchor (attached to a loop on the extension strap). I've been using TRX in the gym for several years - it's a great system that makes a versatile addition to my home gym. QUALITY CONSTRUCTION - Rubber grips (no foam). Although the installation was a bit unintuitive, now that it's installed I know I'll be sticking around for years to come! Edited to add: I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this set comes with a 1 year subscription to the TRX app which includes a set of full workouts to stream.
