This is the third case I have bought for my iPad Air 4. I sent the other two back for other reasons. I kept these but had to redo the volume buttons and power/fingerprint button. I don't think I should have to use a razor blade on a new product to make it work, but the buttons were useless unless you cut the rubber at the front. Once you do that, that corner actually weakens, and I'm sure the manufacturer knew it, so they decided to leave it "defective" and make the customer the villain. In fact, Apple could have been a little more careful with the placement of these buttons. The cover doesn't fit the iPad Air 4 as tightly as it should. Access to the pencil is difficult. The stand will rotate as intended, but will not stay upright in the selected position unless it is in the most upright position at that angle. Corner! The iPad Air 4 deals have been bad, but I really don't think this manufacturer deserves the 5 stars it's getting.
