Still waiting for beta

It has been at least 15-20 years since these GPS came out and not much has changed. You still have to drive through town to walk two blocks up the street, but you'll eventually get there. Even after downloading the updates and changing the setting to "Find fastest route" I was able to shave about 20 minutes (ignore GPS) the arrival time from an hour. As a class A hazardous substance tanker for many years, I know the DMV area very well. I was hoping this GPS could provide reliable ways to navigate traffic so I could save time (because time is $$). Cell phone GPS navigators keep crashing after a year or two, but when they work, Google Maps provides better real-time traffic information.imo. It offers some interesting information like red light camera warnings and such, but some of the information is outdated or just plain wrong, such as: B. The weight limit for trucks on some roads. Maybe I'm expecting too much but I think I'll just buy another phone, wait a few more years and check the GPS again, which can really give better routes.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive
