The ease with which data can be captured, used and distributed to all stakeholders across the organisation has been one of our key strengths. It also allows us to have full control over both paper-based documents as well as electronic document management - so we are confident that what ever version you need it will always be available when required!! There isn't much I dislike about this system, however there are some minor features which could do with an update. This includes the ability to send emails via bulk mail - rather than just individually. Other improvements would include more flexible search functionality and perhaps allowing attachments to be viewed within certain folders or sections of the application. These two things alone should improve the way that we manage confidential patient records. We are able to capture every stage of a patient's journey through their care at a local level by being able to view patient documentation from day 1 at A&E right up until discharge home! The best thing I like about Mediware is that it has a very good user interface. It is very easy to use and navigate. I have nothing to dislike about this product. Mediware has helped us in managing the patient information and other medical records. It has also helped us in keeping track of the medical expenses. It has also helped us in managing the financial records.
