ETS has been very helpful in taking our complex IT needs (both hardware & software) into account for each of my clients' environments - which really benefits me as I can provide them with an end-toend solution rather than just one piece at time! The biggest issue we have had so far since implementing their services was getting new consultants up to speed quickly enough given all they were being asked by client accounts/projects simultaneously!! Not much but would be beneficial if there could possibly more training hours available during initial contract period or additional support staff onboarding process improved slightly? Overall great experience working wtih these guys thusfar though nothing major comes outta left field when dealing witheem!
