Got these today and went to put on the pretty blue-green pair. They JUST made it over my 14.5 inch calves so don't believe the seller's claim of fitting up to 16 in calves for a second. They are stretched to the max (it was a struggle) and the end seam actually popped where it is below my knee and has already started to unravel. This is a quality issue because it really was tight. There does not seem to be a distinction between the knee and ankle ends so if it seems real tight at one end you should probably put that end at your ankle. I will keep them as my legs do feel warmer and then make them into dog toys by adding a squeaker when they are no longer functioning as calf warmers.Update - they fall apart (unravel) pretty fast but my Labrador thinks they make great dog toys. He likes to just carry it around in his mouth.
