Received 2 of these yesterday to use as a stand with some extra storage for the PS2 and PS3 and their controllers. They're quite well suited for this purpose and the construction seems solid and solid, but my only comment is that the stability or weight it's given due to the sparser perforation pattern doesn't make the ventilation function as effective I suppose like the tighter perforation pattern on the allsop posts you can compare this to. However, I think the overall construction is more solid due to the way the perforated plate covers the legs (metal plate flex is a common remark about Allsop stands). I was most apprehensive about buying them because other comments said the screws were too short to connect the legs to the plate; However, I think there was a design change - I had bolts sticking out of the panel that just had to align the legs and slide over them, then I used the included nuts and a "wrench" to tighten the legs in that panel to tighten. will work fine but i will update my review if anything changes. then I used the supplied nuts and a "wrench" to tighten the legs in this panel. will work fine but i will update my review if anything changes. then I used the supplied nuts and a "wrench" to tighten the legs in this panel. will work fine but i will update my review if anything changes.
