I love these pens! I've wanted a fountain pen for a long time and this was a great (and affordable) choice. They can get a little dirty, but that's common with all fountain pens, so don't let that discourage you. Each pen comes with two small ink cartridges. You'll need both to write with a pen (they hold each other in place), so don't throw one out once it's empty. Changing cartridges took a bit of getting used to (make sure you have a paper towel handy to avoid ink drips and dirty hands), but it's not as bad as using an ink tank. The pens themselves are light, strong, comfortable to write on and I think they make my handwriting much better. :) The final piece of advice I'll leave you with is to make sure a.) the nib/black grip is fully screwed in before writing and b.) the pen cap snaps into place before storage. I think the lid only fits one way so you may have to twist it to get it snug. In general they are great!
