I have tried many moisturizers over the years. I am in my 50's and have olive skin. I don't have any fine lines or wrinkles, but I've developed mild rosacea over the past few years. I love Creme de la Mer, but it's a bit pricey to use regularly. My skin is normal to very slightly dry. When I wash my face and don't apply moisturizer, it doesn't feel dry or tight. But I like how I feel when I use it. I like to apply serums under the skin. And let it dry. And then apply a moisturizer. I love this moisturizer because it's rich but not heavy. And it gets absorbed into the skin. Fake perfume scents are terrible, but this one has the smell of rose petals or rose essential oil. It's thin, or rather, I can feel it, but if someone doesn't kiss your face, I don't think they will. So it feels creamy and moisturizing, but isn't heavy or weighs on the skin. It works great with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid serums. I also use a primer over it and it absorbs well so the primer can soak in too. If you don't like the scent of rose petals, you probably won't like it. But again, this is a natural scent, not an artificial perfume scent. I think it's great and I love it
