I LOVE LED lighting. This is very useful when driving (especially in the evening or at night). It's not bright enough to be a distraction, but it will help you find the right spot to shake off the ashes and then put them out. The suction works very well. It will definitely put out your cigarette fire, just give it a few minutes to let the science do its thing. The small electric lighter at the top is also a fantastic plus for when you remember smoking but forgot the lighter. It is conveniently placed on top and attached to the product with a magnet so it can never fall out. This product definitely helps control cigarette smell, but don't expect it to get rid of it completely. If you wanted all of the smell gone I would just open all your windows for 5 or 10 minutes and most of the smell would be gone. Overall I am very happy with this product!
