Suitable for furniture fittings for smooth gliding

It's all about likes and dislikes, hopefully more likes than others. First, I like hardwood floors or, where that's impractical, wood laminate floors. Unfortunately, both are prone to scratches from furniture with the wrong legs - usually metal, bare wood, or hard plastic. The first thing I like to do when bringing new furniture into my home is to add felt or carpet pads to the bottom of the legs or legs. This usually works with adhesive pad stickers, but this is not so good for chair legs, since the adhesive comes off by itself if it slips. For chairs with wooden legs, it is better to use nail pads. Unfortunately the title of this product is misleading, they call it anti-slip which is exactly the opposite of what you want, you want these pads to slide smoothly and freely on hard floors. If you don't want to slip, buy rubber pads. I hope they find and fix this bug. What I really like are the carpet tip nail pads, but these have been hard to come by lately. I think they are a lot cheaper using felt which works well but doesn't last long. so long and they tend to catch small pebbles and debris. INSTALLATION These nail pads are great, but the last thing you want is them splitting the wood of a furniture leg, which is easy to do accidentally and very difficult to fix. I see that some people's biggest problem was bending the nail. What I like to do is first drill a pilot hole and then very gently drive the nail into the hole with a rubber mallet. If possible, try to cover the felt with a piece of cloth to keep the hammer from leaving marks on the felt. In this case, it can easily be cleaned with any mild household cleaner. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT IT They're easy to find in stores but usually only come in one size and one color. This company has many sizes and finishes in black, brown or white. for a professional look. And I love that you can get 40 of these for about eight bucks no matter what size you choose. They come in a plastic bag, no frills, no fancy plastic wrap.
