First of all, let me say that there are reviews of different flavors here and I've only tasted chocolate. I was looking for a plant based protein powder and I love Isopure products so I'm giving this a try. As far as I can see it actually contains more BCCA than Isopure Whey although I don't know the exact breakdown of the different amino acids. I've used it in a blender and in a shaker and both have worked well. I usually add some water or almond milk, then powder, then more liquid and I have no problem with lumps. I like the taste and mix it separately with iced coffee, with banana and blueberries and with strawberries. I guess I'm just not picky. It's made on a farm in Illinois, although I'm not sure if they grow peas or rice here. How does it work in the body compared to everything else? How should I know? It says it's a vegan protein made from peas and brown rice that's meant to be complete. Thanks for letting me share my thoughts.
