Good and evil in play tents and tunnels

How much fun your child has with this set depends on your child. If they're the same as mine, then this whole sentence won't end up fitting together and the individual parts will have to speak for themselves in terms of how interested he is in a given subject at any given time. I'm sure you, like me, are the parent who tells yourself to keep an eye on this set to make sure it stays together forever. Well it's been like this for about a year but yesterday he started pulling the items out of this set one at a time and I didn't care because strictly keeping it together didn't translate into the kind of playtime I was envisioning. In all, we simulated camping maybe five times because this set was too big to provide any kind of long-term entertainment. However, this is a perfectly matched set and I am confident that I have chosen the right combination of things inside. But it was never up to me how my son would react or take advantage of it. I just wanted him to understand the most basic camping concepts at least a year before we actually attempt to take him camping. Well maybe it's been two years now but I still think it's a fun set overall.
