It's very simple. Works perfectly. People have complained about pinching your fingers, but that won't happen if you use a little common sense and get it right. The downside of the light weight is that it can lose air on a windy day, so either get a heavier one or don't lift it all the way up on a windy day. Common sense again. My only complaint is that for some reason the remote doesn't work with TikTok but works fine with my iPhone's regular camera, but I think that's more of an iPhone issue than this company. Or a problem with TikTok. Regardless, that's how it is. Excellent tripod. I am very happy.
