I live in Texas I needed cooler riding pants and while I really like Kerrits tights they are quite expensive. I figured I'd roll them for $25. Glad you did! The material is really comfortable and feels nice, I like the ventilation on the sides. I had no problems with light transmission as in the color I received the mesh part doesn't reach the waist; maybe for others. They can also pass as regular workout tights so I don't feel so weird running errands in them after visiting the barn! The only criticism I have is that I wish the knee riser was a little bigger and a little further towards the knee and the waist is a little tight so I have to wear it quite high, but I'd rather have it higher than lower these days wear . I'm 5'7", 145 and ordered a small.
