As mentioned before the wire is too long when you put the pieces together and they don't look very nice unless you put the pieces together, especially as there is an alignment tab , which doesn't make sense unless they're spliced together. Another issue is that some of the photos show that they have a pull tab with a hole for a small padlock. The ones I have don't really have it. I'm not sure if sometimes they come with these tabs or not. The screws are also junk and it's not easy to find good screws that fit. Basically, the only reason to buy them is if you want to intentionally look like they were "built by someone who doesn't know what they're doing". I know people do that sometimes, but I don't, so I don't need them.
