I love that we have one place where our employees can go in order to search everything from emails to files - it saves us time as well! The only thing is having this system up an running took some effort but once its set-up you will see how easy life gets when searching through all your stuff easily (and quickly!).
Its nice being able so much by staying organized within 1 platform rather than multiple places scattered around my desk or computer which would be difficult if not impossible now days since everyone has different devices/workflows etc..
