Review on Mettler Metrosene Old Number 1145-0002 Poly Thread, White - 500m/547 yd: A Premium Thread for All Sewing Projects by Carrie Spencer

This is not a German Mettler Metrosene. This thread is on a red spool with the Amann Group Mettler name, made in China. German yarn Mettler Metrosene short pile. This Amann Group Mettler yarn is very fluffy and NOT the same quality. Revain should have stated in the product description that this thread was made in China. I think this is a case of a "bait and switch" tactic by Revain and Amann Group Mettler to lure customers into buying inferior yarn at a bargain price because customers are used to German made Metrosene and don't know that Mettler has two different metrose yarns. . I am returning this product.
