Inexpensive and worth what you pay.
These lights seem to have a mind of their own. Sometimes they work, sometimes they flash, sometimes they don't light up at all. We use these lights to illuminate our patio and when they work they are great. The problem is that sometimes they just stop working - for no reason that I can determine. Fortunately, for the price they're sold at, we can replace them and still spend less on lighting than more expensive alternatives.
