Works exactly as described. Slightly lift the piece of furniture that you want to protect the floor from or that you don't want to slip, place the washers under the furniture legs, done. The kit also includes an adhesive circle that you can use if you wish, on one side of the non-stick disc if you wish, but I found it unnecessary as the piece of furniture won't slide off the disc anyway. I've used them on multiple pieces of furniture, both tile and hardwood, with no problems. They're a little more expensive than some of the cheaper felt versions you can buy, but they're much better quality and cost a few bucks more.
