I really think this product works as well as it can get. It is very durable and looks good. It has two flaws that bothered me that I didn't realize until after I've bought this item for a while. First, the shape of that strap on the back means the device will never lie flat again. This is important if you intend to lay it flat on a table and type - it wobbles annoyingly. You should put it on something soft (e.g. on your knees) or hold it in your hand when you put it on. The second thing that got on my nerves after a while is that the strap is right in the middle of the back of the device. I think I have normal sized hands (not big and not small) and the positioning means that when I put my fingers through the strap, my thumb can't wrap all the way around the front, which feels a little awkward. When you think about how you're picking things up, your fingers are on one side of the object and your thumb is on the other, and they're pressed against each other. This isn't readily possible when I'm using a strap. Instead, you have to put your hand all the way into the strap to keep it snug and not dangling in your hands. In any case, it is a good device and does what it is supposed to do. I'm still using it after almost a year, but these things bother me a bit.
