Not hot enough to disinfect anything

Water was good but definitely not hot enough to disinfect anything. I let it heat up for 15-20 minutes and as instructed once the orange light goes out the product is warm and ready to use, the light goes out after maybe five minutes and even after it continued to heat up I could still put my hand directly in front of the steam hold and was still not hot. Returned.
