The only thing worse than the quality of this post is the way I was treated by the company. This mail arrived on my new Tallboy Santa Cruz. Everything else about this bike is great. This seat post does not exist. First the lever failed and I replaced it with a tone lever (much better upgrade). For 3 months ownership of sdg all emails failed and did not increase. Despite the advertised 2-year warranty, the company refused to do anything about it. They made me pay to send it to them. I had to pay for the part that failed and I had to pay to ship it back. With all the shipping and parts I spent enough to buy a quality post from a reputable company. Skip the headache and just buy the best post
