Poor quality - diluted with water
I bought one for work and I liked it so I bought one for home. I received the product and it was MUCH more diluted than the previous bottle I bought. I work as a pharmaceutical quality engineer, so I didn't know if it was a homogeneous solution, so I collected both bottles, shook them vigorously and compared them. The last bottle I bought was confirmed to be heavily diluted. Very bad quality. I tried returning a poor quality bottle online but was unsuccessful.
