Extremely difficult to set up.
Once you fix it in place and attach something to it, it works perfectly. Rocking arms back and forth - this forces you to set it up and then negotiate to put items on the shelf while rocking arms back and forth. I ended up having to place the switch on my opposite bottom lip while doing the Cirque du Soleil to secure the other side. It's ok, but I've used much better racks.
